Challenge:
From a civil engineer?s site plan, design and build a plaza with a ?fresh look? and do so as economically as possible.
Solution:
Construct a pre-engineered metal building utilizing brick and artificial synthetic stucco on the exterior. The central plaza was supplemented by several free-standing buildings including a Blockbuster video store, AAA office with a full basement and elevator, and a medical office building ? all of which are aesthetically related.
