Challenge:
Reduce the cost of construction of a 10,000 square foot two-story facility which the owner had commissioned another firm to design.
Solution:
Redesign hallway space, eliminate the added cost of a basement and elevator, and create a single story, 7,000 square foot structure without sacrificing any office or examination space. A combination of wood and brick veneer on the exterior created a handsome, functional structure at considerable cost savings.
