Challenge:
Another architectural and engineering firm had completed the design for the site work and two identical medical office buildings each to house two tenant spaces. However, it soon became clear that the firm lacked the capabilities to complete the job to the satisfaction of the developer who represented one of the area's most prestigious institutions.
Solution:
The project was re-assigned to Mitchell which completed the site work, designed the last two of the four tenant spaces, and constructed the entire complex.
