Challenge:
This Ontario County client had approached Mitchell with a design and price in hand that would add space to an existing facility, but at a higher cost than a tight budget would allow.
Solution:
Mitchell modified the previous design, coming up with a better, less costly configuration incorporating the same amenities and using materials that would match the original building’s exterior.
